Meet The Telehealth Team

Dr. Linda Anngela-Cole, PhD, LCSW
I am licensed in Nevada with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping all ages of clients with anxiety and depression, trauma, coping with grief and loss, dealing with stressful life experiences, and improving communication skills to improve interpersonal relationships. I have spent much of my professional career working with people at the end of life (hospice work). I have specialized training and skills working with clients with severe illness & disability, caregiving, and bereavement. I also have much experience working with teens and young adults with trauma. I particularly enjoy working with people in transition (e.g. divorce, health-related, job changes/loss, age-related & transitions due to a death in the family). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I believe that connecting with the most concealed and intimate parts of yourself requires trust and safety. I believe that healing occurs in the depths and complexity of relationships. With social justice, compassion, and curiosity as a few core values, working from an attachment lens allows me to create a space for others to exist as they are in every way.

Reaching out for support can sometimes be challenging - I’m here to help! I take pride in providing my clients with a safe and nonjudgmental environment that allows vulnerability and encourages exploration of personal goals. I strive to provide a supportive, dynamic, and empowering space to help my clients work through their personal life challenges.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I always encourage my clients to take an active and collaborative role in their therapy. We’ll work together to facilitate your personal growth and development using personalized, evidence-based treatment modalities.
I work with both individuals and couples to help reduce symptoms related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship distress. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves- therapy is about uncovering what has you feeling “stuck” and collaboratively working through it!

If you’re feeling weighed down by depression, anxiety, or trauma, I want you to know that you are not defined by your challenges. I see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis, and my goal is to help you discover your own strengths and inner resilience. Together, we’ll work to identify the obstacles in your way and take steps toward a life that aligns with your values and aspirations. I provide a compassionate, culturally-sensitive space where you can process your experiences, rebuild self-compassion, and reconnect with your sense of self.
My style is influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness-based practices. I also integrate Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing as appropriate. It's important that as you seek care, you are fully informed about various therapeutic approaches and involved in the treatment planning process.

I see our work together as a very active collaboration. From the moment we meet, we are working together to identify what we’re working toward, what has gotten in the way, and what supports and skills you need to better manage your emotional life. Whatever your current struggle is, I focus on “progress, not perfection.”

My approach is grounded in sensitivity, authenticity, humor, and compassion. I believe there is value in you finding your own self-regulation and self-empowerment. I work with issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, executive functioning, and the management of emotions and conflict. I also possess certifications in grief and trauma treatment and I enjoy working with all ages, including young children.

I typically collaborate with adolescents and young adults looking to feel understood and, in turn, better understand themselves. Clients I work with often have high emotional sensitivity and experience depression, anxiety, mood lability, grief, trauma, spirituality issues, and relational conflict. Together, we learn tools to increase self-validation, make behavioral changes, and reenvision life's experiences. Clients find they develop skills to cope with strong emotions, improve their emotional expression with others, and experience genuine, authentic connection.

Courtney Kemp, LCSW
I have completed specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. While my experience ranges widely, I have more extensive experience working with severe mental Illnesses, autism, trauma, and adolescents. I believe each person has uniquely different life paths & experiences, so I don’t practice a one-size fits all approach to therapy. Instead I use an easy-going,compassionate, and flexible approach to get to know you. My hope is to develop a relationship that allows us to tackle the things you find difficult, and find meaning and purpose in your life while allowing you to feel heard, seen, and validated. And because laughter is healing, and reality can be absurd, humor is welcomed in session.
