Development of Executive Functioning Skills

Find Strength and Focus

Find Strength, Focus, and Confidence

Therapy for ADHD and executive functioning challenges is a collaborative and supportive process designed to help clients build self-awareness, improve daily functioning, and strengthen the skills necessary for success at work, school, and home. Our approach emphasizes practical strategies, personalized goals, and deep compassion for the neurodivergent experience.

Whether you are hoping to change careers, reduce chronic disorganization, or stop running late to every commitment, therapy can help you develop structure and systems that support your life. Many parents also seek support for children and teens who are overwhelmed by the demands of school, struggling to prioritize assignments, or feeling discouraged by constant feedback to “try harder.” For others, the focus may be on emotional growth, social skills, or developing a healthier relationship with motivation and productivity. No matter your age or stage, support is available—and effective.

Our Commitment to a Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach

Neurodiversity reflects the natural differences in how human brains function and process information. We recognize that every brain works differently—and that those differences are not flaws. They come with unique abilities, strengths, and challenges that deserve respect and understanding.

Many clients begin therapy after receiving an ADHD diagnosis from a medical provider or psychologist. Some benefit from medication; others prefer skill-based, behavioral, or holistic strategies. Therapy can help regardless of whether medication is part of your treatment plan.

Our clinicians have specialized training in ADHD and executive functioning. We help clients understand their symptoms, challenge shame-based narratives, and build systems that work for the way their brain operates. This process includes identifying strengths, creating personalized strategies, and building sustainable habits for long-term growth.
