Sometimes,we ne ed guidance and help through life’s unique challenges. Our life plans can quickly change, and not how we expected. This can leave us feeling vulnerable, unsure, lost. and questioning where to go from here. I believe in the process of guiding you through your personal journey- helping you identify solutions in a safe and therapeutic environment.

I help individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship struggles, self-esteem and adjustment to life challenges. I want to inspire and empower individuals through a client-centered approach. You are not alone, and I will walk with you through your journey.

As a local social worker of 16 years, I draw upon several evidence-based approaches to best suit the individuals need. I have experience in working with many different populations and in many different settings. I look forward to meeting with you and how I can support you on your path.
