Taking a closer look at a difficult experience takes strength. Whether to manage a recent event, like a significant loss, or to address an issue that continues to impact your sense of worth, therapy can be a helpful process to help you externalize the issue so we can approach it in a way that is manageable. I feel especially attuned to issues of grief, trauma, life transitions, depression, and the anxiety that often follows those experiences.

I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their best sense of self and find fulfillment in life. Sometimes, we are held back by past hurts, low self esteem, anxiety, loss, or past trauma. Therapy can help you find ways to overcome life challenges, feel more confident, and have better relationships,

I strongly value a person-centered approach in treatment. This means it is of the upmost importance that the therapeutic relationship feels safe, non-judgmental, warm, genuine and empathic in order for you to access true emotional change.
