Hi, I'm Kelsey

Are you or your family struggling to adapt to a recent change? Has loss, a sudden shift in routine, or another life transition created feelings of grief or stress?  Therapy can be a meaningful way to resolve life’s growing pains, as we all can benefit from developing meaningful skills and perspectives in therapy so that we can adapt and face the future with confidence.

Transitions occur at every stage of life- I enjoy working with children ages 10 and up, young adults, adults, and families. For children, teens, and adults alike, life is full of curveballs and tough decisions. It’s easy to lose confidence that you’re not equipped to handle life’s obstacles when significant challenges test your resilience.

I typically collaborate with adolescents and young adults looking to feel understood and, in turn, better understand themselves. Clients I work with often have high emotional sensitivity and experience depression, anxiety, mood lability, grief, trauma, spirituality issues, and relational conflict. Together, we learn tools to increase self-validation, make behavioral changes, and reenvision life's experiences. Clients find they develop skills to cope with strong emotions, improve their emotional expression with others, and experience genuine, authentic connection.
