Hi, I'm Tori

I've completed additional training in the areas of Perfectionism, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, and ADHD. I enjoy learning about neurodiversity and the way it impacts mental health.  I also think it can be valuable to acknowledge and examine the messages that we receive from our environment throughout life. Many of my clients grow up receiving direct or indirect messages that they are "lazy", "weird", or "unmotivated" simple because their brains behave differently. I believe in warmth, creativity, and humor as powerful tools in therapy. I have a special passion for working towards reducing stigma and isolation in people with OCD and I utilize Exposure Therapy (a component of CBT) to help clients face their fears. It can be hard work, but is so rewarding!


I also work a lot with perfectionists who tend to be driven, high achievers, but also have unrealistic standards of themselves and a heightened fear of failure. As a result, the perfectionist mindset creates a sense of stress, anxiety, or anger. Let’s work on creating change together- so that you can develop confidence, learn to cope with worrisome thoughts, and show yourself and others true compassion.
