6/4/23: Suicidal thoughts/ Depression & OCD
No referral is needed to join the group and it is not required that you are actively participating in therapy/ERP. However, the group is intended to be adjunct to therapy so as to provide additional support, encouragement, and education for those who are actively receiving OCD treatment.
Structure:
20 minutes- group discussion of a monthly topic
20 minutes: individual goal sharing and planning
15 minutes- open discussion, questions, and free time to provide and receive support within the group
