Hi there! I am glad you're here. I often work with individuals and families navigating seasons of great change or deep stagnancy—times that stir inner turmoil and uncertainty. These transitions can unearth unresolved grief, anxiety, trauma, and shifts in identity, often leading to feelings of disconnection, and difficulty trusting one’s inner wisdom and direction in life. Beneath these layers, there is often a longing for clarity, peace, and a grounded sense of self—a desire to heal, grow, and move through life with resilience and hope.

I offer a space where all parts of you are welcomed—your complexities and truths. My work is deeply rooted in empathy, intuition, and respect. With a trauma-informed and integrative approach, I weave together holistic, somatic, narrative, multicultural and family systems, and existential perspectives, honoring the fullness of your experiences.

Elizabeth De La Puente, LCSW

Hi there! I am so glad you are here. My name is Elizabeth, and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus on creating a personalized approach for each individual I work with. I believe in tailoring my methods to your unique needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, ensuring that our work together is centered on your specific goals. I believe in creating an organic, open environment where you take the lead in your treatment, allowing us to work together to identify goals that are meaningful to you. I value autonomy and strive to ensure that you feel in control of your journey, with the freedom to explore and shape the direction of our work together. My approach to therapy is rooted in a humanistic and collaborative philosophy, where you are always at the center of the process. I draw from DBT, CBT, and mindfulness techniques to help you navigate challenges in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

I believe each person is unique and that their experiences, in addition to biology, help shape who they are. My background has contributed to my understanding of the connection between people and the systems in which they are involved. I learn a lot from my clients and I enjoy learning about the brain; I feel that understanding what is going on in there, particularly related to neurodivergence, is so helpful in understanding our mental health.

Marisol  Villagrana, CSW-Intern

I have spent time  leaning heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporating components of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), such as mindfulness exercises and distress tolerance skills. I am currently working on my Foundational Training in EFT Couples Therapy. I'm currently working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as part of my ongoing professional development. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my two huskies and two cats.

Zack Rybak, LCSW

When beginning our work together, my intention is both to assist in the processing of present distress and to focus on building a strong, collaborative relationship. This relationship can then facilitate what I believe is a central task of therapy, the vulnerable turn toward integrating the past, increasing insight and self-understanding. Many of my clients seek support due to internal conflict and stress, difficulties around experiencing too-much or too-little emotion, relationship struggles, or repeatedly acting in ways that don’t align with who they want to be.

Although primarily grounded in the relational, emotionally-focused, and existential perspectives, I also incorporate the principles and practices of DBT, ACT, and short-term as well as long-term psychodynamic therapy. Alongside these traditional talk-therapy approaches, I am trained in EMDR, a proven and effective intervention for traumatic stress disorders.

Graeson Howland, CSW-Intern

Hi -I’m Graeson Howland, CSW-I.  Tired of feeling stuck in your same old negative feelings or  patterns in your relationship? Whatever your goal for therapy is, you need a therapist that works with you toward a radically positive outcome. Part of accomplishing this is to help you feel safe to grow and experience parts of life and yourself that you haven't experienced before. When you do this with love and grace toward yourself, then you can heal. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you get to the root of the pain that makes you feel alone in your own home. Whether you're an individual working on your relationships, a couple, or a family it's time to learn how to create the love and connection you really want. I’m looking forward to helping you find peace after this exhausting journey.
