Worry Warriors:
A Virtual Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Group for Anxiety
If you're the parent of an anxious child, you know the drill: you've talked about your child's worries over and over (and over and over) and it just never seems to help. Anxiety can keep kids from performing at their full potential, forming new relationships, and participating in new experiences.
In this group, your child will learn to identify signs, symptoms, and triggers of their own anxiety, use core Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques to respond to and challenge anxious thoughts, design a personalized plan for coping with overwhelming moments, and connect with peers that are facing similar challenges.

How much does group cost? Do you accept insurance?
The cost of group is $30.00 per week for a commitment of 6 weeks. Unfortunately, insurance is unable to be accepted for group at this time.
Can I participate in group therapy with a friend or family member in my room?
While I know this might present a challenge, it’s essential to your privacy and the privacy of group members that you have a private and confidential space in which to engage in group. Although you will not be forced to share if you are not comfortable, I ask that cameras remain on throughout group so that other members feel a sense of confidentiality and comfort in regards to who is present.
